We have been awarded a research grant from the NC Space Grant Consortium! Under this grant, we will investigate additive manufacturing technologies to print microwave devices such as antennas and transmission lines that are optically transparent. One possible application is to allow large antenna arrays and solar cells to occupy the same physical space.
