She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in North Carolina State University in Power Electronics with the focus on controlling of DC microgrids as well as battery management.
