HATRC core facilities are equipped with a wide range of specialized equipment to obtain physical and mechanical properties of all fields of materials and structures.
Modular X-ray diffraction system (Bruker AXS D8 Discover with GADDS)
Class-100 Cleanroom facility that hosts variety of equipments such as ICP-SLR-Oerlikon, RF and DC multi target sputtering system, PECVD, Mask Aligner-SUSS Micro Tech, etc.
Simultanous Thermogravimetric/Differential Thermal Analyzer/Differential Scanning Calorimeter (Netzsch STA 449 F1)

Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM), Hitachi S-4800
Thermomechanical Analyzer (Netzsch TMA 402 F1)
