    Dr. Alper Bozkurt is the founder and director\u00a0of\u00a0the iBionics Lab. With over a decade of experience in the fields of\u00a0Bioinstrumentation, Biomechatronics, and Biomimetic Systems, Dr. Bozkurt has a wealth of knowledge to help guide new research for solving\u00a0complicated problems. His contribution to the advancement of science and research has been acknowledged with many different awards including the IBM Faculty Award, the NSF CAREER Award, and the IEEE Sensors Council Young Professional Award. He has authored over a dozen journal articles, more than 40 conference proceedings, and several book chapters. His wise leadership is an important part of the iBionics Lab and its success.<\/p>\n
