The Laboratory for Electronics in Advanced Devices and Systems (LEADS) is presenting our work on “Chemical Treatment Effects on Schottky Contacts to MOCVD N-Polar GaN” at the International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors (IWN) in Kanazawa Japan during the week of November 12-16, 2018!
The first author is Dolar Khachariya, a PhD student in the LEADS. We have collaborated with the Sitar/Collazo group in the MSE Department at NC State University.
