As the Fall 2024 semester comes to a close, CI4R gathered one last time in our now mostly empty lab in the 3rd floor corner of the Northeast Engineering Research Building (NERC). The below lab picture is truly wonderful as you can see all the generations of students who I have been so lucky to work with while at UA….starting from the youngest high school intern Adonay, to undergraduates Emily, Dmitriy and Alex, and graduate students Ladi, Sean, Kamrul, and Sultan…
While together, we also celebrated Ladi and Sean earning their M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (en route as part of their PhD program) and snapped some photos of our passing of the traditional signed UA football 🙂
We will greatly miss those students, friends and colleagues we leave at UA, but at the same time look forward to re-establishing CI4R and building new friendships at NC State…
