Spyridon “Spyros” Pavlidis, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
Spyros Pavlidis has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University since January 2018. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Dr. Pavlidis was a post-doctoral fellow in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Tech. Spyros earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia in 2016, and his M.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London in 2010. His research interests broadly lie at the intersection of electronic materials and devices, and extend to their applications in power electronics, microwave systems and biosensors.
