- I have been selected to serve as a an Affiliate Member for two IEEE MTTS committees, namely; MTT-23 Wireless Communication Technical Committee and MMT-21 Terahertz Technology and Applications Committee.
- I am excited to announce that I have been awarded the prestigious Mistletoe Research Fellowship (’21-’22) by Momental Foundation. This award provides me unrestricted grant to develop technology with humanitarian impact. I will be spearheading work on the intersection of electromagnetics and integrated circuits, advancing autonomous end-to-end wireless systems.

- Our work on dynamically programmable THz holographic metasurface using CMOS chip tiles published in Nature Electronics, Dec 2020. This work is also the Cover Feature article!
- Our work on Optimized Sparse Array for millimeter-wave Computational Imaging is published in IEEE Transaction of Antennas & Propagation. We device a mathematical optimization tool for the design mm-wave computation imaging apertures that performs under SWaP-C constraints. Congrats Naren!
- Our work on “Giga-Hertz Large-Area-Electronics RF Switch and its Application to Reconfigurable Antennas”, accepted in IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting, 2020. This work was in collaboration with Prof. Naveen Verma’s group at Princeton. Congrats Can Wu!
- Our work on “THz Prism: One-shot Simultaneous Multi-node Angular Localization using Spectrum-to-Space Mapping with 360-400 GHz Broadband Transceiver and Dual-port Integrated Leaky Wave Antennas”, accepted in ISSCC 2021. This is also the Highlight Paper of the session. Congrats Hooman and Xuyang!
- Our work on “Terahertz to Bits and Bits to Terahertz: Universally Programmable Chip-scale TeraHertz Systems” was accepted in 7th ACM International Conference on Nanoscale Computing and Communication 2020.
- Our work on “Spatio-Temporal Modulated Millimeter-wave Antenna Arrays for Secure Wireless Links” accepted in APS/URSI 2020.
- Two papers accepted in International Microwave Symposium (IMS). Both work deals with new mm-wave power amplifier circuits using InP process. Great work from Tushar Sharma and Zheng Liu!
- Our work on “Physically Secure sub-THz Wireless Links” accepted in IEEE ICC 2020 Workshop on Terahertz Communications.
