Sanket Parashar completed his B.tech. from IIT-BHU, Varanasi in 2015. He worked as Project Assistant in in IISc, Bangalore from July 2015 to December 2016. In IISc, he was involved in design and facbrication of gate drivers for Depletion type GaN devices. He joined North Carolina State University as PhD Student from Jan 2017. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in the sector of converter design using High Voltage (10kV) SiC MOSFETs. His interest lies in Wide Band Gap Devices, High Speed Machines, High Power Converter Design and Point of Load Converters.
