Samiul is a former graduate student in the EnBiSys Lab. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2012. Before coming to NC State, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh (SRBD). Samiul’s research was focused on uncertainty quantification, model selection, and inference of parameters for dynamic models. Samiul's EnBiSys research is concentrated on modeling and in-silico analysis of genetic regulatory mechanisms of a model plant Arabidopsis thaliana under iron deficient conditions.
