The entire setup is powered by a single Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery with either two or three cells. The current setup uses a 3 cell battery.

Assembly

The battery is held in place with velcro straps and adhesive velcro.

Components

We considered three different batteries:

• ​ZIPPY Flightmax 8000mAh 3S1P 30C (USA Warehouse). This is the big 3S battery, suitable for the NTM Prop Drive 28-30S 800KV / 300W Brushless Motor

• ​Turnigy 4000mAh 3S 30C Lipo Pack (USA Warehouse). This is the smaller 3S battery for the same NTM Prop Drive 28-30S 800KV / 300W Brushless Motor

• ​Turnigy nano-tech 4400mah 2S 65~130C Lipo Pack. This is the smaller 2S battery for D2830-11 1000kv Brushless Motor
