Liya Weldegebriel was an undergraduate researcher in the EnBiSys Lab. Her research focused on regulation and modeling of lignin biosynthesis. After graduating with a B.S. in Water Resources Engineering from NC State, Liya completed a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. She is now a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University.
