    LoyCurtis Smith joined the PhD program at NCSU's ECE department in Spring 2019. He received his Master of Science degree from East Carolina University (ECU) in 2016. Before that, he received his Bachelor of Science from Fayetteville State University (UNCFSU) in 2014.

    Cheng Chen joined the Ph.D. program at NCSU's ECE department in August 2018. He received his Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from Xidian University, in 2015 and 2018 respectively.
